Well, school is in full swing in most places and it's a VERY different year for everybody - we all have new adjustments and standards we must now adhere to. My oldest just started 6th grade and we're doing online virtual learning this year as there is just too much to risk with all the babies (also have two boys that are 3 & 4 and then a 3 month old little girl). If me or Dad or both of us get sick, who would take care of the kids, especially my newborn princess?! So yeah, we're keeping my oldest home nice and safe and worry free as we still barely leave the house except for Dr. Appointments and quick grocery runs. Still, virtual learning is a totally new thing and there's still a few hiccups every now and then, but we're managing pretty well and getting into a routine. Personally, I LOVE the virtual learning even though my son wants to go to school to see his friends (sorry buddy!) We had a hilarious moment yesterday of course - he had his first virtual video class where he had to tune in with his web cam and we were all in there helping him set up. Got him all situated and there were some other kids on as well just waiting on the teacher to log in. OF COURSE my 3 year old decides it's time to pitch a fit when it came time to leave his room and starting screaming and didn't want to leave....with everyone watching us - embarrassing! Ugh, I felt like crawling under a rock and tried to skedaddle out of there as quick as possible! LOL! I'm sure that won't be the last episode *sigh*

Traditionally, I have always read nonfiction with a few best selling fiction authors. However, after I discovered the different genres such as the paranormal, I have widely added to the genres that I read. It is important to me to be able to lose myself in a book a few hours a day as I have some major issues with walking so I need to find other sources of entertainment that do not involve a lot of walking. Thanks so much for introducing me to so many awesome titles.

I love historical romance. My love of it even helped me get noticed by my history teacher in ninth grade. We were to name a historical figure. I named Marie Antoinette which surprised him. I had read a book over the summer with her as the main character.
