Thanksgiving is just around the corner and I'm so excited! I can't wait to bustle around the kitchen cooking up a big feast and can almost taste the turkey and homemade pecan pie already lol! Of course it's just us, but we're a big clan with me, my hubby, our 4 kids, my mother in law and brother in law (who live out back with us), so a big feast in definitely in order as we are all exposed to each other daily and are already a "safe pod". Unfortunately I won't be seeing my mom or brothers this year and am super bummed about it. We live in the same town, but she is a breast cancer survivor so her immune system is basically nonexistent and she's been isolating at home this entire year and I haven't seen her in forever! Ah well, we'll all survive by playing it safe and there will be plenty of other years we can get together after all! I hope everyone else out there keeps it safe this holiday season! ​
