Wow, this year sure has flown by fast - I can't believe it's almost Christmas time already! I just adore the holiday season with all the baking and holiday cheer! Christmas commercials are already bombarding the tv and the pressures on to stockpile gifts for all the kiddos lol! I'm really looking forward to Thanksgiving and always have a blast single-handedly cooking a traditional turkey feast - (yes I love cooking and am a master of the kitchen lol) We always end up setting up the tree and lights the weekend after Thanksgiving as well and I just can't wait to start all of the holiday cheer - don't even get me started on Christmas baking OMG, the neighbors always get little goodie baskets from me and sing praises for my famous banana bread and homemade fudge! :)

Hmmm... my favorite holiday foods aren't all strict holiday foods. I love cheesy potatoes, but you can have those year round and ham, but we mostly just have around the holidays. I do also love me a good peppermint hot chocolate, though!
