I am keeping my New Year's resolution of exercising more by doing so 3 times per week.

So far so good. Increased gym time to 3-4 x week.

I'm not eating fast food this year. I haven't gone yet, so I think I will stick with it.

I resolved to exercise and ride my bicycle more. So far I've worked on it a bit, but a lot more to do.

I made a resolution to get more sleep, and get to bed earlier and already broke it!

I don't make New Year resolutions, just try to take each day as it comes; and try not to repeat today's mistakes tomorrow.

My resolution was to make myself and my surroundings better. Every day I am working towards that in one small way or another. So far it's going pretty good!

I make and set goals on paper to keep a nice exercise program in order to lose some weight so I am able to reference where I am at at all times. I try to stick to it the best I can by viewing the reality.
